We offer competitive package for IT full stack development and a promising career path
We help customers to enable digital operation by leveraging real-time streaming technologies, resulting in operating cost optimization, detailed workflow process monitoring and real-time response to any business situation.
Ensuring enterprise business stability requires scalable, reliable and flexible IT infrastructure as well as portable and scalable cloud native application. We help customers to build modern IT infrastructure with DevOps and Infrastructure as Code framework, in addition to cloud native application development.
Observability is the key to stabilizing enterprise business operations. With the same foundation, we leverage MLOps and AIOps to facilitate digital responses in operating scenario.
BOOTCAMP
In this training, you will first learn how to do the modern front-end (React) and backend (Java Spring) programming. With these skills, multiple practical projects will be developed and implemented by you. You will be guided step-by-step to learn how to think, design and implement.
Development is not just about programming a system, it also emphasises using efficient methods to improve the productivity to have fast-response iterative development cycle. As a result, automation and CI/CD elements are also involved in the infrastructures in our training.
You will learn how to encapsulate applications into a container and deploy it on cloud. The underlying system is built on top of service-mesh in order to ensure fast, reliable and secure communication between different micro-services.
Apart from learning the orchestration approaches on Kubernetes, you will also learn how to enhance the security on cloud to defense the malicious attacks by using the open source firewall such as pfSense and ModSecurity.
4-9 MONTHS
Adopt the practice into real project [6months] followed by 2 weeks adoption refreshment.
Trainee will go through a series of pair-programming with senior members and with peers. Senior members will provide the suggestions and practice the lessons learned from the bootcamp. After 3 months of practices, they will start to take the ownership to their services.
10-15 MONTHS
Through completion of project into production.
After they have walked through the complete development cycle, they will experience the production rollout and support to their developed applications. Apart from developing the functions and setup the infrastructure for multicloud, they also need to be application support so that they know how the operations should work as usual.
16-21 MONTHS
Comprehension & expression in complex project.
22-27 MONTHS
Cooperation and stress on full-stack implementation.

Feedback
The training programme provided by Agile Extreme Lab is a challenging, yet rewarding task for fresh
graduates. It provides a shortcut for those who wants to dive into agile software development.
As a student with little computer science knowledge beforehand, when the programme commenced, I was
flooded with plenty of concepts that I had never heard of. In order to be qualified as a junior software
developer, one must be equipped with basic backend and frontend concepts. Fortunately, the training courses
are well-structured, teaching from basic coding techniques to creating complex applications. I was provided
with lots of hands-on opportunities to build backend servers and frontend user interfaces. In addition, the
programme also covers cloud infrastructures like microserivces, Kubernetes and Terraform, as well as
development lifecycles like CI/CD and DevOps.
Everyday during the training programme, tutors only focus on a small topic and supported with many
resources like documentations, tutorials and coding exercises. The tutors are willing to provide instant
feedbacks and answer our questions.
In my opinion, the major difference of what Agile Extreme Lab provides comparing with other companies,
is that it covers a lot of how the infrastructure is built from bottom-up. Instead of only knowing the parts
that job duties are assigned for me, I understand how each of the components works. Besides, the agile
software development practices let all team members provide feedback on how components are designed in a
regular basis, even as a junior developer, I can easily make contribution using my expertise. For example,
the mini-projects throughout the course let all team members participate the design process. Team feedbacks
on application features are resolved rapidly under agile practices.
I feel grateful to join this training programme. After graduation, I find myself well-equipped with
fundamentals of software development. The hands-on experience during the programme is invaluable to my
future career.
Hayze Chan
Intro
Hayze graduated from the Hang Seng University of Hong Kong with a BSc degree in Management Science and
Information Management. He had hands-on experience in ERP system operations, as well as front-end and
back-end development with React, React-Redux, RESTful API, Spring Boot, and MySQL. Meanwhile, he
participated in a data analytics project,
requirement analysis, building and designing dashboards and data models by using cloud-native services.
Feedback
Throughout the training period, it helps me to grow as an engineer at the forefront of domain knowledge. I
have gained a lot of knowledge and experience in this domain, including application and architecture design,
cloud computing, event-driven architecture, software testing, and agile project management, these skills
help me a lot in developing my career path. The effort in solving the complex technical or business problem
is hard, but mentors are always willing to share their knowledge and experience and try to help us to solve
the problem with a full explanation, this helps me to understand the domain knowledge faster, helps me to
develop the problem-solving skills with the complex problem and giving me a lot of insight in how to solve
the problem efficiently and effectively, either the technical problem or the business problem.
Before I joined the training program, I think software development is always focused on technicalskills, but
after I joined the program, I realized that as a professional engineer, it is important to develop soft
skills. During the training period, not only the technical skills I can learn from the trainee program but
also my soft skills are improved, which makes me know that the software development is not only about how to
apply our technical skills and knowledge but also about the soft skills, like how can we communicate with
our team, how to manage our project is important and how can we understand the business requirement.
Sean Wong
Intro
Sean has solid hands-on experience/knowledge in many programming languages and techs. I am also open-minded
to and have some touch on the more advanced areas like Data Science, Machine Learning, etc.
Feedback
During the supportive and caring training program, I continue to grow and discover my various capabilities
not only in developing software but presenting and sharing the knowledge I possessed with more people.
Sometimes, there are up and down when working with other trainees and colleagues but I really appreciate and
am glad that I enrolled in this program about a year ago because I can feel that I am getting closer and
closer to my dream ever since which is becoming a senior software engineer.
Tommy Cheung
Intro
Tommy is a full-stack cloud engineer who is experienced in data streaming process and its interaction with
cloud platforms. He specializes in building web applications with RESTful API and front-end framework using
Spring Boot,
Django and React. He also manages multiple Python-based projects using machine learning and neural network.
He graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong with BBA in Professional Accountancy and entered the
auditing industry. He then discovered the opportunity provided by Agile Extreme Lab and opted for a
transition of career
path. After the training program provided by the company, he is now well-equipped with industry knowledge of
software development, and he hopes to contribute with his expertise in the business field as well.
